Our cell culture media have been developed to cultivate CHO cell lines and to express high amounts of proteins in such cell lines. The completely chemically defined, animal component free and protein free medium has been developed in close cooperation with customers using CHO-S, CHO-DG44, and CHO-K1 cell lines to boost cell growth and to increase protein expression and quality.
ForCHO® Medium (Powder, 500L)
This excellent medium has been developed to cultivate CHO cell lines. It is a completely chemically defined, animal component and protein free cell culture medium. Moreover, this medium can be used together with ForCHO® feeds as a production medium to express high amounts of proteins in fed-batch fermentation process.
